Michael Hilf is an experienced business owner, brilliant speaker, and high-performance transformational coach. Since 2006 Michael has developed a multitude of successful companies with-in the Healthcare space as well as assisted companies in their early stages by coaching and consulting with them to create their business vision, structure, and proper market to ensure a profitable and successful outcome. Michael’s creativity, discipline, and spirituality allow him the ability to think “outside the box” and bring visions from inception to fruition
Michael is a student of life and is dedicated to ongoing self improvement and feels blessed to share his knowledge and expertise to improve the lives of others. Michael is a graduate of the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University where he graduated with honors and furthered his education with Trainers Design Global run by Master trainer Betty Spruill and PhD Master Trainer Ray Blanchard, which is one of the world’s top trainer certifications in the realm of transformation. Michael is also a board member for many non-profit organizations.

Michael is originally from New York and now resides in Boca Raton, Florida with his wife and two children. Michael walks the talk of transformation in every aspect of his life and you’ll often find him meditating in his office before the start of the work day, reading, watching documentaries, exercising, and cooking up healthy eats in his kitchen for his family.

Yoga Teacher, Nutrition Coach & Mom
Elana Hilf is a certified Kidding Around Yoga Instructor located in Palm Beach County, Florida. Ms. Elana teaches Children’s Yoga classes at Schools, Camps, Local Studios, Clubhouses, and offers Private Birthday Parties, and Workshops at events.
Elana’s time as a children’s yoga teacher has been fulfilling beyond her wildest dreams! She is grateful to have shared yoga with hundreds of wonderful children, mom’s, dad’s, grandparents and families during her Kidding Around Yoga practice. Prior to becoming a Children’s Yoga Instructor and Licensee with Kidding Around Yoga, Elana has been practicing yoga herself for more than 10 years and during that time also become a mother of two amazing and energy filled boys – Gavin & Tyler. Elana has worked in South Florida for over 12 years as a successful Marketing Manager for various National Brands, she has also been a 1st Grade and substitute teacher in Miami-Dade County, and worked at various Day Camps and Sleepaway Camp as a Counselor in New York.
